PHOTOSHOOT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

A prepayment of 20€ includes a consultation on your look and the photoshoot location, as well as a detailed posing guide to ensure a comfortable and confident photoshoot experience.

In case of cancellation for any reason, the prepayment is NON-REFUNDABLE. The remaining amount is paid in full on the day of the shoot after its completion — either in cash or by bank transfer.

If you need to reschedule the shoot date, the prepayment remains valid and does not expire.

You will receive the finished photos in JPEG format. Delivery times depend on the selected package. After receiving the color-corrected photos, you select the images for retouching — and within 2–3 days, you will receive the final edited photos.

RAW files (about 700–1000 shots per session, including both successful and unsuccessful) are not provided. Original files for brand photoshoots are provided upon separate agreement.

Photos are stored on disk for up to 3 months.

By agreeing to the photoshoot, you automatically accept the terms, including my signature shooting and editing style.

For the use of your photos in my portfolio, website, and social media, with your permission, I am happy to offer a 10€ discount on the shoot starting from the standard package.

If you prefer full or partial confidentiality, this can be arranged in advance.

What my retouching includes:

• Removal of skin imperfections (acne, scars, bruises, wounds)
• Softening of wrinkles
• Enhancing eye brightness
• Facial feature correction (plastic adjustments)
• Moderate body shaping
• Cleaning background and cyclorama

I work only on the face and body, preserving a natural look.

STUDIO TERMS AND IMPORTANT INFORMATION

The rental of the photo studio is paid separately and depends on the studio location you choose. Rental cost and terms must be clarified in advance.

It is MANDATORY to bring a change of shoes to the studio — the ones you plan to wear in the photos. This helps keep the space clean and tidy.

In case of damage or breakage of equipment, furniture, or other items in the studio, the client is responsible for compensating the damage. Payment is made in full according to the studio administrator’s requirements.

Please note that studio rental time is usually non-extendable. If you are late, your shooting time will be shortened, which means fewer final photos, as we need to capture all planned material within the allotted time.

Therefore, I strongly recommend arriving at least 10–15 minutes before the start of the shoot to prepare and begin on time.
